摘要
目的:探究支持性护理联合心理干预对脑卒中患者负面情绪、防跌倒的影响。方法:选择2017年5月—2019年8月间广州市荔湾中心医院收治的脑卒中患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予常规治疗和心理护理,观察组给予支持性护理联合心理干预。比较两组干预前后患者负面情绪、生活质量和跌倒情况的差异。结果:干预后,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显下降(P<0.05),其中观察组变化更为显著(P<0.05)。干预后,两组卒中专门生存质量表(SS-QOL)均明显上升,其中观察组变化更为显著(P<0.05)。干预后,对照组自我效能感量表(GSES)无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组GSES明显上升,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组跌倒发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:支持性护理联合心理干预能够明显减弱脑卒中患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提升生活质量和自我效能,同时减少跌倒的发生。
Objective:To explore the effects of supportive nursing combined with psychological intervention on negative emotions and fall prevention in stroke patients.Methods:90 cases of stroke patients admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and psychological nursing,and the observation group received supportive nursing combined with psychological intervention.The differences of negative mood,quality of life and fall were compared before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,SS-QOL increased significantly in both groups,with more significant changes in the observation group(P<0.05).After intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in GSES in the control group(P>0.05),while the GSES in the observation group increased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of falls was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supportive nursing combined with psychological intervention can significantly reduce anxiety and depression in stroke patients,improve life quality and self-efficacy and reduce the incidence of falls.
