摘要
结合航天型号任务质量精细化管理要求,将风险管理理论的技术手段和管理手段应用到继承性专用器件的质量管理中,采用了质量风险控制措施前置的方法,形成了以提前介入、加强前期策划、强化继承性分析、风险识别、试验验证等手段为特征的前瞻式质量风险管理模式,为后续型号任务同类产品的质量风险管理提供指导和借鉴。
Combined with the requirements of quality refinement management,the technology and management means of risk management theory are applied to the quality management of inherited special components.The quality risk prevention management mode is proposed by the means that applying quality risk management measures in advance,strengthen the early planning,strengthen the inheritance analysis,risk identification,test verification and so on.It provides the guidance and reference for the quality risk management of similar products in subsequent tasks.
