摘要
基于信息系统成功模型与感知价值理论,考虑知识共享平台特征,以知乎网为例,实证检验虚拟社区促进用户效益提升的影响因素。结果表明:虚拟社区平台综合质量对用户满意度有正向影响,对用户使用意愿有正向影响;虚拟社区平台用户的使用意愿对其满意度有正向影响;用户使用意愿和满意度对用户效益提升都有正向影响,虚拟社区平台综合质量和用户满意度及使用意愿是用户效益提升的关键因素。
Based on information system success model and perceived value theory,this paper set Zhihu platform as an example considering the characteristics of knowledge sharing platform,and empirically tested the influencing factors of virtual communities promoting users’benefits.The results showed that,the comprehensive quality of virtual community platform had a positive impact on users’satisfaction and their willingness.The users’willingness to use virtual community platform had a positive impact on their satisfaction,and both of them would positively affect the improvement of users’benefits.Finally,the overall quality of virtual community platform,as well as users’satisfaction degree and willingness,were key to the improvement of users’benefits.
