摘要
利用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱仪(UPLC-MS/MS),建立了大米中14种农药残留的快速测定方法。样品经直接提取稀释后,利用C18色谱柱分离,通过动态多反应监测(DMRM)模式进行定量分析。结果表明,14种农药残留具有良好的线性关系,加标回收率为87.0%~115.6%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~8.7%。该方法简便、快速,可满足大米农药残留的日常检测和监测工作的需要。
A UPLC-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry method for the rapid determination of 14 pesticide residues in rice was established.After the sample was extracted and directly diluted,it was separated by C18 column,and quantified by DMRM mode.The result showed a good linearity,with the average recoveries and RSD of being 87.0%~115.6% and 0.5%~8.7%,respectively.The method is simple,fast,suitable for daily monitoring of rice.
