摘要
基于黄元御"一气周流"理论对洪钦国教授运用温胆汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的经验进行探讨分析。介绍"一气周流"理论渊源、慢性肾功能衰竭中医病机及温胆汤方义,指出洪钦国教授将慢性肾功能衰竭归属中医肾劳范畴,肾劳的病机以脾肾衰败为本,可概括为"阳虚,水寒,土湿,木郁",以温胆汤复中气枢转,维系四象,清浊复位。
Based on HUANG Yuanyu’s theory of "The circumfluence of qi", this paper discusses and analyzes the experience of Prof.HONG Qinguo in treating chronic renal failure with Wendan tang.It introduces the theoretical origin of "The circumfluence of qi",the Chinese medicine pathogenesis of chronic renal failure and the meaning of Wendan tang.It is pointed out that Prof.HONG classifies chronic renal failure as shenlao in Chinese medicine,and the pathogenesis of shenlao is based on the decline of the spleen and kidney,which can be summarized as "yang deficiency,water-cold,earth-damp,and wood-depression".By using Wendan tang,the central qi pivot can be restored,the four manifestations maintained and the clear and the turbid also restored.
