摘要
中医学认为功能性便秘发病主要与脏腑功能失调有关,病位虽在大肠,但与脾胃、肾、肝、肺等脏腑密切相关。现结合历代医家相关论述,以气机升降理论为基准,揭示脾胃、心肾、肺肠、肝胆等各脏腑之间与功能性便秘发病的关系,认为脾胃为传导之轴,心肾为传导之源,肺肠胃传导之节,肝胆为传导之枢,从而阐述了功能性便秘的发病规律。
According to Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of functional constipation is mainly related to dysfunction of viscera and bowels. Although the location of the disease is large intestine,the disease is closely related to the spleen and the stomach,the kidney,the liver,the lung,and other viscera and bowels. Based on theory of ascending and descending of qi movement,It revealed the relationship between the pathogenesis of functional constipation and viscera and bowels,such as the spleen and the stomach, the heart and the kidney, the liver and the gallbladder, the lung and the intestine, with combination of relevant thesis of Chinese medicine practitioners of all dynasties. The authors thought that the spleen and the stomach are the axis of transportation;the heart and the kidney are the origin of transportation;the lung,the intestine,and the stomach play a critical part in transportation;the liver and the gallbladder are the center of transportation. Therefore,pathogenesis regularity of functional constipation was expounded.
