摘要
目的:观察个性化护理联合天王补心丹加减治疗病毒性心肌炎阴虚火旺证的疗效。方法:将病毒性心肌炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗方法和护理措施,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予天王补心丹加减联合个性化护理治疗。连续治疗8周后,比较2组阴虚火旺证症状评分、血清肌钙蛋白-I (cTnI)和心型游离脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组阴虚火旺证评分减少(P<0.01);观察组治疗后阴虚火旺证症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗后血清cTnI、H-FABP水平降低(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组血清cTnI、H-FABP水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理联合天王补心丹加减治疗病毒性心肌炎阴虚火旺证的疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of individual nursing combined with modified Tianwang Buxin pills for viral myocarditis with vigorous fire due to yin deficiency syndrome. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with viral myocarditis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment methods and nursing measures of western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given individual nursing combined with modified Tianwang Buxin pills based on the treatment of the control group. After eight-week treatment, the symptom scores of vigorous fire due to yin deficiency syndrome, the levels of cardiac troponin-I(cTnI) and heart-type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) in serum as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of vigorous fire due to yin deficiency syndrome in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01);the symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of cTnI and H-FABP in serum in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01);the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Individual nursing combined with modified Tianwang Buxin pills has significant curative effect in treating viral myocarditis with vigorous fire due to yin deficiency syndrome.
