摘要
习近平人民观是在继承和发展马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党历代领导集体人民观的基础上升华和凝练而成的,不仅有着丰富的科学内涵,也具有许多鲜明的时代特征。结合新时代面临的具体世情、国情、党情进行分析,习近平人民观的时代特征主要包括:主体把握上坚持阶级分析法与阶层分析法的统一,核心要义上坚持以人民为中心与以经济建设为中心的统一,历史逻辑上坚持尊重社会历史发展规律与人民历史主体地位的统一,实践过程中坚持以人民为中心的价值观与方法论的统一,目标追求上坚持人民幸福与民族复兴的统一。
Xi Jinping’s view of people was established on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the best of the views of people held by the classic Marxist writers and the collective leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. It has not only rich scientific connotations, but also many features distinctive of the times. With an analysis of the global, national and Party conditions faced by socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era, we can conclude that the epoch features of Xi Jinping’s view of people mainly include the unity of the class analysis method and the stratum analysis method in terms of subject grasp, the unity of "putting people first" and "focusing on economic development" in terms of core principle, the unity of respecting the law of social and historical development and the historical subject status of the people in terms of historical logic, the unity of "people-centered" values and methodology in terms of practice, and the unity of people’s happiness and national rejuvenation in terms of goal.
