细胞缝隙连接通讯与重金属毒性的关系研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between gap junctional intercellular communication and heavy metal toxicity

摘要 细胞缝隙连接通讯(GJIC)是细胞间重要的通讯方式之一,其可以参与细胞间的代谢活动,调节细胞的生长、分化以及病理过程。近年来,环境中重金属污染引起的健康问题越来越被重视。大量研究表明,GJIC的稳定是机体健康生存的基础,而环境中的重金属在对人和动物的肝、肾、睾丸甚至神经等造成损伤的过程中,还能够作用于连接蛋白、缝隙连接等致GJIC功能受到不同程度的影响。现对GJIC与引起环境污染的多种重金属致机体毒性损伤的内在关系进行综述,为进一步研究重金属的毒性机理以及寻找防治重金属中毒潜在靶点提供参考。 Gap junctional intercellular communication(GJIC)is one of the important communication modes among cells,which is involved in the intercellular metabolism and regulates cell growth,differentiation and pathological processes.In recent years,health problems caused by heavy metal pollution in the environment have been received increasing attention.A large number of studies have shown that the stability of GJIC is the basis for the health,and heavy metals in the environment can act on the connexins and gap junctions,etc.In the process of causing damage to livers,kidneys,testes and even nerves in humans and animals,causing the GJIC function to be affected to different degrees.The intrinsic relationship between GJIC and the toxic damage caused by various heavy metals in the environment is reviewed to provide a reference for further research on the toxicity mechanism of heavy metals and to find potential targets for the prevention and treatment of heavy metal toxication.
