摘要
运用组织学方法对成年牦牛肾内动脉的管壁结构进行观察,并通过形态学计量分析,探索肾内各级动脉的组织结构特征。结果表明,牦牛肾动脉分为弹性动脉和肌性动脉。弹性动脉内膜较厚,中膜有丰富的弹性膜和弹性纤维,三层膜分界不明显。弹性动脉向肌性动脉过渡时内弹性膜可分出次级弹性膜并出现断裂,断裂处有较多的纵行平滑肌细胞。肌性动脉内皮下层包含纵行的平滑肌束,当血管收缩时突出管腔呈内膜嵴状,内膜中的纵行平滑肌可延伸至中膜层成为其普遍的组成成分。动脉管壁中膜层与血管外径的百分比(MT)变化幅度很大(14.2%~43.83%),均值为28.21%,说明成年牦牛肾内动脉管壁平滑肌相对增生变厚。管径越小的动脉管壁中膜层平滑肌和胶原纤维的含量相对增多,MT值较高,平滑肌的功能更发达。随着动脉管壁中膜层弹性纤维逐渐减少,胶原纤维和弹性纤维的相对面积比(C/E)明显升高,进一步说明低氧环境对牦牛肾动脉管壁构成有影响,特别是对微小动脉的影响非常显著。肾内各级动脉管壁的特殊结构可能是为适应低氧环境作出的改建。
The histological method and morphometric analysis was used to investigat the structure characteristics on adult yak intrarenal artery wall.The results showed that the renal artery of yak was divided into elastic artery and muscular artery.The intima of elastic artery is thicker,the middle membrane is rich in elastic membrane and elastic fiber,and the boundary of three layers is not obvious.When the elastic artery transitions to the myocardial artery,the inner elastic membrane can be divided out of the secondary elastic membrane and break,and there are more vertical smooth muscle cells at the break.The lower endotrhea of the myocardial artery contains a vertical smooth muscle bundle,when the blood vessels contract,the protruding tube cavity is endometrial,and the vertical smooth muscle in the inner membrane can extend to the mid-membrane layer to become its common component.The percentage(MT%)of the middle membrane layer of the renal artery wall to the outer diameter of the vessel was very large(14.2%~43.83%),the average value was 28.21%,which indicated that proliferation of smooth muscle becomes thicker.The content of membrane smooth muscle and collagen fiber in the arterial tube wall with smaller tube diameter is relatively increased,the MT value is higher,and the function of smooth muscle is more developed.With the gradual decrease of membrane elastic fibers in the arterial wall,the relative area ratio(C/E)of collagen fibers and elastic fibers increased significantly,which further showed that the low oxygen environment had an effect on the composition of the angina artery walls in yak,especially on the tiny arteries.The special structure of the arterial wall at all levels of the kidney may be adapted to the low oxygen environment.
