摘要
综述了纳米纤维素稳定Pickering乳液和泡沫的机理,比较了纳米纤维素和纳米颗粒稳定界面的异同,分析了不同纳米纤维素种类、纵横比、盐度、表面改性、表面活性剂等因素对Pickering乳液和泡沫流体性能的影响。为促进纳米纤维素稳定界面的研究和应用,提出了目前存在的问题并展望了今后的研究方向。
The mechanism to stabilize Pickering emulsion and foams by nanocellulose is investigated,the similarities and differences between nanocellulose and nanoparticles in stabilizing fluid interfaces are compared,the effects of nanocellulose types,aspect ratio,salt concentration,surface modification and surfactants addition on the fluid performance of Pickering emulsion and foams are analyzed. Also,current problems and future development directions are stated to promote the researches and applications of nanocellulose-stabilized interfaces.
