摘要
瑜伽运动是当前非常受女大学生欢迎的高等院校体育选修项目,具有巨大的教学发展前景和拓展空间。随着大数据、智能化和移动互联网等现代信息技术的发展,大学生的学习行为、方式发生巨大的变化,促使教师的教学方式也发生重大的变化。慕课(MOOCs)已从一种新型教学方式逐步进入大众的视野,成为现代教学的必然选择。目前,多所高等院校搭建了瑜伽MOOCs教学平台,对瑜伽教学的有效延伸及教学内容的统一化产生积极的影响。但限于高等农业院校教学大纲要求,以及大学生对瑜伽运动的认知等因素的影响,瑜伽课程教学、慕课模式瑜伽教学成效还尚待提升。高等农业院校体育教学应立足于终身锻炼的体育观念和《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》相关要求,从依托传统体育教学优势、丰富与创新教学内容、加强师资队伍建设、强化MOOCs教学模式的创新发展等角度探索高等农业院校瑜伽线上线下一体化教学理论与实践,以促进大学生终生锻炼意识的养成和瑜伽教学质量的提升。高等农业院校瑜伽教学应积极学习"985"高等院校MOOCs教学机制,打破教学研管理制约,为MOOCs教学创新、研究与发展提供更加开放和宽松的环境,特别要提升相关管理部门的科研支持,使瑜伽MOOCs成为体育教学的研究热点,从而产生瑜伽教学更为广泛的社会影响力。
Currently, Yoga is one of the most popular elective courses among female college students, which has much better prospect and expansion space in teaching process. With the development of modern information technology such as big data, artificial intelligence and mobile internet, the learning behavior and learning style of college students have undergone great changes, which has promoted great changes in the teaching methods of teachers. As a new teaching method, MOOCs has gradually entered the public’s vision and has become an inevitable choice of modern teaching. At present, many colleges and universities have built online teaching platform of Yoga MOOCs, which has caused positive impact on the effective extension of yoga teaching and the unification of teaching content. However, limited by the requirements of the syllabus of agricultural colleges and universities, as well as the influence of students’ cognition of yoga, the effectiveness of yoga teaching under the mode of Yoga MOOCs still needs to be improved. Based on the concept of lifelong exercise and the relevant requirements of "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" and from several different angles which include relying on the advantages of traditional physical education, enriching and innovating teaching content, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and reinforcing the innovation and development of MOOCs teaching mode, this paper explores the online and offline integrated teaching theory and practice of yoga education in agricultural colleges and universities, so as to promote the cultivation of lifelong exercise consciousness and to improve the teaching quality of yoga. Finally, related suggestions were put forward including actively learning MOOCs teaching mechanism from 985 institutions of higher learning, breaking the constraints of teaching, research and management, providing more open and comfortable environment for MOOCs teaching innovation, research and development, and
