摘要
常规的造纸流程可视化方法多数采用离线操作形式,与实时数据交互比较困难,可视化模拟精度比较差。针对这一现象,提出3D打印技术与虚拟现实技术结合下的造纸流程可视化方法。依据造纸材料之间的能量关系,计算造纸流程中产生的能量及其他物性参数,构建参数集和物性数据库,将其与造纸车间三维数据结合,绘制造纸流程虚拟现实场景,通过计算机将造纸流程展示在用户面前,另外针对造纸流程中的某一环节,采用3D打印技术打印造纸模具,以便用户进一步观察了解造纸流程具体细节。实验结果表明:提出的造纸流程可视化方法数据模拟准确,流畅度高,其整体模拟精度优于常规的可视化方法,适合应用在实际工程中。
Most of the conventional visualization methods of papermaking process adopt the form of off-line operation, which is difficult to interact with real-time data, resulting in poor visualization simulation accuracy. In view of this phenomenon, a paper making process visualization method combining 3 D printing technology and virtual reality technology is proposed. According to the paper material, the energy of the relationship between calculating energy produced in the papermaking process and its content parameters, construction parameter set and property database, combined with the papermaking workshop 3 D data, the papermaking process was drawn, virtual reality scene of the papermaking process by computer was shown in front of the user, in addition to a certain part in papermaking process, using 3 D printing paper mould, so that users can see further details of the papermaking process. The experimental results show that the proposed visualization method of papermaking process is accurate in data simulation and has high fluency, and its overall simulation accuracy is better than that of conventional visualization methods, so it is suitable for application in practical engineering.
