摘要
目的分析四川省两县区居民盐相关知识态度行为情况及其影响因素,为人群减盐干预提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,在泸州市江阳区和绵阳市江油市抽取451名18岁及以上居民开展问卷调查和体格测量。率的比较采用卡方检验和趋势卡方检验。采用非条件Logistic回归分析盐相关KAP得分的影响因素。结果调查对象盐相关KAP得分为(54.36 ± 17.04)分,盐相关知识、态度、行为得分分别为(45.63±24.57)分、(85.03±33.38)分、(50.82±21.99)分。多因素分析显示,与 <40 岁组相比,40~59 岁、≥60岁组盐相关KAP得分低的OR值(95% CI)分别为0.51 (0.27~0.95)和0.33 (0.15~0.75);与小学及以下组相比,初中、高中/大专及以上组的OR值(95% CI)分别为0.52 (0.30~0.92)和0.13 (0.06~0.25);与家庭人数1~2人相比,≥5人组的OR值(95% CI)为2.02 (1.02~4.00);与口味偏咸相比,适中和偏淡的OR值(95% CI)分别为0.41 (0.24~0.71)和0.36 (0.19~0.69)。结论四川省两县区居民减盐态度积极,但盐相关知识和行为水平较低,应加强对居民尤其是低年龄、低文化程度、家庭人数较多、口味偏咸人群的减盐干预。
Objective To analyze current status of salt related knowledge,attitude and practice and its influencing factors among residents in two counties of Sichuan Province,and to provide scientific basis for salt reduction.Methods Questionnaire survey and physical measurement were carried out among 451 residents aged over 18 years old in Jiangyang District of Luzhou and Jiangyou City of Mianyang by a multistage cluster random sampling.Chi square test and trend chi square test were used to compare the rates.Non-conditional Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of salt related KAP score.Results The mean salt related KAP score was(54.36±17.04),and the scores of salt related knowledge,attitude and practice were(45.63±24.57),(85.03±33.38)and(50.82±21.99),respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that the ORs(95%CI)for reducing salt related KAP score in people aged 40-59 and≥60 years old were 0.51(0.27-0.95)and 0.33(0.15-0.75),respectively.The ORs(95%CI)of junior high school,high school/college and above groups were 0.52(0.30-0.92)and 0.13(0.06-0.25),respectively.The OR(95%CI)of family size≥5 people was 2.02(1.02-4.00).The ORs(95%CI)of moderate and light taste were 0.41(0.24-0.71)and0.36(0.19-0.69),respectively.Conclusion Residents in two counties of Sichuan have a positive attitude towards salt reduction,but the current status of knowledge and behavior about salt are low.Salt reduction measures should be strengthened for residents,especially for those of low-age,low education level,large family size and salty taste.
