摘要
微波介质陶瓷作为现代信息化产业高速发展过程中的热门电子材料,在数据通信领域中展示出了广泛的应用前景。在现有的微波陶瓷材料体系中,包含+4,+5价元素(Ti^(4+)及Nb^(5+)、Ta^(5+)等)的氧化物体系已获得广泛的研究关注,而包含ⅢA族元素(B^(3+)、Al^(3+)、Ga^(3+)等)的+3价体系研究相对较少。相比于+4,+5价氧化物体系,晶体结构方面,ⅢA族元素的离子半径小,主要以四面体基元构型;物性方面,ⅢA族元素的离子极化率较低,适合开发可应用于微波通信的低介电常数体系。本文以组分为分类依据,简述了不同ⅢA族元素氧化物微波介质陶瓷的研究现状,总结了ⅢA族元素氧化物的介电特性以及研究难点,并对其在低介领域的应用提出展望。
As important electronic materials for modern information industry,microwave dielectric ceramics have wide application prospects in modern telecommunication.Intensive attention has been paid to the materials systems containing+4 and+5 elements(e.g.,Ti^(4+),Nb^(5+),Ta^(5+)).Instead,research on materials with+3 elements such asⅢA ones(B^(3+),Al^(3+),Ga^(3+))is of under exploitation.Compared with+4 and+5 elements,the ionic radius of elements in theⅢA group is smaller,which gives rise to the tetrahedral coordination in crystal structure.Besides,thoseⅢA group elements have lower ion polarizability,which is suitable for developing the low-permittivity materials.In this review,the research status of microwave dielectric ceramics withⅢA group elements is briefly described.The dielectric properties are summarized along with the challenges.The prospect of their application in the low-permittivity field is discussed.
