摘要 目前,电气控制柜内智能装置的主要元件为电子元件及芯片,这些元件对电磁干扰非常敏感,而变电站内的电磁干扰非常强,其对智能装置运行的影响很大,因此,设计一种具有屏蔽电磁干扰功能的电气控制柜,以满足智能装置的安全稳定运行要求很有必要。本文通过对变电站内电磁干扰源进行分析,从柜体材料选择、柜门设计、密封设计及接地设计等方面考虑,设计了一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的电气控制柜。该设计可有效减少电磁干扰对柜内智能装置的影响,保证设备的安全稳定运行。 Now the main components of electrical equipment installed in the electrical control cabinet are electronic components and chips.These components are very sensitive to electromagnetic interference.While the electromagnetic interference in the substation is very strong,it has a great influence on the operation of electrical devices.Therefore,it is necessary to design an electrical control cabinet with electromagnetic interference shielding function to meet the safe and stable operation of electrical equipment.Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic interference source in the substation,this paper designs an electrical control cabinet with electromagnetic shielding function from the aspects of cabinet material selection,cabinet door design,sealing design and grounding design.This design can effectively reduce the influence of electromagnetic interference on the electrical equipment in the cabinet and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
