摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定大黄蛰虫片中芍药苷、甘草苷、黄芩苷含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定样品含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Boston C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1 mol/L磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为230 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃。结果芍药苷、甘草苷、黄芩苷分别在0.1604~5.347,0.0622~2.072,0.1500~5.001μg内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.9999,回收率分别为99.7%,97.6%,97.9%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于大黄蛰虫片的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and baicalin in Dahuang Zhechong Tablets.Methods An HPLC method was performed on Boston C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)and the column temperature was set at 30℃.The mobile phase for gradient elution was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1 mol/L phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.Results Paeoniflorin,glycyrrhizin and baicalin showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 0.1604-5.347,0.0622-2.072 and 0.1500-5.001μg(r≥0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries were 99.7%,97.6%and 97.9%,respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and it can be used efficiently for the quality control of Dahuang Zhechong Tablets.
