摘要 人工智能(AI)在医学图像处理领域的应用已越来越广泛,AI辅助消化内镜诊断食管癌已成为研究热点。然而早期食管癌缺乏典型的症状,内镜医师的专业水平参差不齐,早期食管癌的内镜下检出率较低。AI优秀的图像识别能力很适合用于食管癌的诊断和识别,从而减少漏诊,帮助内镜医师更好地完成内镜检查。本文对AI辅助诊断巴雷特食管、食管鳞癌以及预测食管癌浸润深度等方面的研究进行综述。 The application of artificial intelligence(AI)in medicine has attracted extensive attention.AI-assisted endoscopic diagnosis is the hot spot of research.However,atypical lesions of early esophageal cancer(EC)and less-experienced endoscopists were significantly associated with missed esophageal cancer.The excellent imaging recognition ability of AI is very suitable for the diagnosis and recognition of EC,thereby reducing the missed diagnosis and helping physicians to perform endoscopy better.This paper overviews recent research on AI-assisted diagnosis of neoplasia on Barrett’s esophagus and early esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC),and prediction of invasion depth in esophageal neoplasms.
