摘要
随着全球最大自贸协定《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签署,其涉及国家成员多、覆盖人口广、低关税、市场开放、标准壁垒少的优势逐渐凸显,这将给我国的果蔬行业带来新的发展契机。本文从原产地、专利、商标等角度分析了RECP自贸协定下中国果蔬出口的风险,提出注重原产地果蔬品质、利用高新技术加工果蔬,以品牌果蔬片休闲食品及果蔬粉食品原料出口的设想,防范RECP自贸协定下将会出现的风险,为塑造蔬行业的高端国际品牌进入第三个高速出口发展阶段奠定基础。
With the signing of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement(RCEP),the largest free trade agreement in the world,the advantages of RCEP,such as more country members,wide population coverage,low tariff,open market and less standard barriers,are gradually highlighted,which will bring new development opportunities to China's fruit and vegetable industry.From the perspective of trademark and other aspects,this paper analyzed the risks of China’s fruits and vegetables export under the RECP free trade agreement,and put forward the idea of paying attention to the quality of fruits and vegetables of origin,processing fruits and vegetables with high and new technology,and exporting raw materials of brand fruit and vegetable slice leisure food and fruit and vegetable powder food,so as to prevent the risks that will appear under the RECP free trade agreement.It laid the foundation for shaping the high-end international brand of vegetable industry to enter the third high-speed export development stage.
