摘要
高炉内部因发生高温的物理化学多相反应而不能直接观察,俗称“黑箱”,不仅给现场实际操作造成困难,在理论教学时学生不能直观看到炉料的连续变化而难以理解。文章借助Flash技术使得静态图片动起来展现高炉内各区域炉料的变化过程,在便于教师讲授高炉解剖及相关知识的同时,学生也能从宏观和微观两个方面把握高炉内部行为。基于二维动画效果,该制作对“炼铁学”课程教与学及相关实训是有意义的。
Because of the high-temperature physical-chemical multiphase reaction,the internal behavior of the blast furnace cannot be observed directly.The blast furnace is therefore commonly known as a black box.This not only makes the actual operation difficult,but also causes difficulties for students to understand the continuous change of burden.With the help of flash technology,this paper made the static pictures move to show the change process of burden in each area of the blast furnace.It is convenient for teachers to present the dissection and related knowledge of the blast furnace,and at the same time,students can grasp the internal behavior of the blast furnace from both macro and micro aspects.The production of two-dimensional animation is helpful in"ironmaking"course teaching and learning,as well as the related training.
