摘要
黑果腺肋花楸作为一种高质量的经济树种,从北美洲等地引入我国种植的历史已达30余年。其果实富含有机酸类、多酚类化合物、多糖类物质等营养成分,在抗氧化、抗炎与抗菌性、缓解人类慢性病等医用领域与制作果酒、复合果汁和果酱等食品领域均有较高的研究利用价值。文章基于国内外近几年对黑果腺肋花楸的研究现状,从黑果腺肋花楸的活性物质与营养成分、保健功能作用及产品开发进展等方面进行综述,希望对促进黑果腺肋花楸在国内的进一步研究与开发提供帮助及理论依据。
As a high-quality economic tree species,Aronia melanocarpa has been introduced into China for more than 30 years from North America.The fruit is rich in organic acids,phenolic compounds,polysaccharides and other nutrients.It has high research and utilization value in the fields of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,relieving human chronic diseases and food fields such as wine,compound juice and jam.In recent years,based on the research progress of Aronia melanocarpa at home and abroad in this paper,the active substances and nutrients,health functions and product development of Aronia melanocarpa were summarized,hoping to provide help and theoretical basis for further research and development of Aronia melanocarpa in China.
