摘要
冠心病是发病率高、并发症严重、危险程度难以量化的疾病,病属中医学胸痹、心痛等范畴。察看舌象是中医望诊的重要部分,对中医临床辨证论治有重要价值。临床检测指标是目前指导诊断冠心病的重要参考依据,但很多指标又具有创性,而基于"心开窍于舌"的理论,中医认为舌象信息可反映心脏的各种生理及病理特征,因此本文通过概述冠心病的舌象信息与临床检测指标的相关性研究,以期为冠心病早期发现、临床诊断和治疗提供理论研究基础。
Coronary heart disease belongs to chest aralysis and heartache in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). It is a disease with high incidence, serious complications, and risks that are hard to quantify. Observing the tongue image is an important part of TCM inspection, and it is of great value to the TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The laboratory tests are the primary reference for diagnosing coronary heart disease at present, but some are invasive. Based on the theory of"heart opening at tongue", TCM believes that the tongue image information can reflect various physiological and pathological characteristics of the heart, so this article summarizes the studies on the correlation between tongue image information and laboratory indicators of coronary heart disease to provide a theoretical basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease.
