Objective To analyze the effect of entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis. Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the Lintong District Hospital of Xi′an City were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,30 cases respectively. The study group was treated with entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group was treated with entecavir. The liver function indexes ALT,Alb and TbiL of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,as well as the level of hepatitis B virus gene(HBV-DNA)and the rate of negative conversion after treatment were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the liver function indexes ALT,Alb and TbiL and HBV-DNA levels of the two groups of patients were improved, and the liver function indexes ALT,Alb,TbiL and HBV-DNA levels of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);The HBV-DNA conversion rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with traditional Chinese medicine preparations in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis can effectively improve the liver function of patients, reduce the level of HBV-DNA,and promote HBV-DNA to turn negative, which has a significant effect.
