摘要
口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的侵袭易造成组织及器官的缺损,临床中常对病灶采取根治性扩大切除并一期行皮瓣移植修复的方式进行治疗。为提高皮瓣移植修复成功率,减少并发症的发生,最大程度提高患者的总体疗效,皮瓣修复围手术期的护理就显得尤为重要。本就该类手术患者术前准备及心理辅导、术后皮瓣监测、营养支持、功能训练等方面的研究进展进行归纳总结,旨在为口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤一期皮瓣修复围手术期的护理,提供更为切实可行的措施和手段。
The invasion of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors is easy to cause tissue and organ defects.In order to improve the success rate of flap transplantation,reduce the occurrence of complications and maximize the overall curative effect of patients,the nursing care of flap repair during perioperative period is particularly important.This paper summarizes the research progress of preoperative preparation and psychological counseling,postoperative flap monitoring, nutritional support, functional training and so on. The purpose of this paper is to provide more practical measures and means for the perioperative nursing of the first stage flap repair of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.
