摘要
目的探讨自制腹腔镜穿刺模拟器在外科基本操作教学中应用的可行性。方法2017年12月选择刚完成外科基本操作教程的6个学员,完成以下教学内容:1)手术操作步骤的讲解结合视频观看;2)进一步在自制模拟器上完成操作。随后完成动物实验手术操作,记录完成操作的时间和并发症。教学结束后对本次教学后效果进行评价。结果通过模拟器训练,由最初的平均操作时间(24.7±2.9)min,减少为(13.8±1.5)min,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。后者和动物实验手术中平均手术时间(15.0±1.2)min相近,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。另外在动物实验操作过程中没有发生内脏或血管损伤并发症。问卷调查显示学生对模拟训练器辅助教学方法、提高腹腔镜学习兴趣以及操作能力的满意度均为100%。结论自制的腹腔镜穿刺模拟器可激发学生腹腔镜学习的积极性,提高腹腔镜曲卡置入的操作技能,在外科学基本操作教学中具有积极的作用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the self-made laparoscopy trocar entry simulator in essential surgical skills teaching.Methods In December 2017,a total of 6 medical university volunteer students who have finished essential surgical skills curriculum were involved in the below procedures for laparoscopy trocar entry:1)lecture for operation steps with video;2)finishing the training in the simulator.Then all the students had the procedures in the animal experiments and operation time and complications were recorded.After teaching,the training effect of simulator was evaluated by the students.Results By using the simulator,the operation time decreased from the initial(24.7±2.9)min to(13.8±1.5)min(P>0.05);while the latter is similar to the operation time in animal experiments,(15.0±1.2)min(P<0.05).In additon,no severe complications happened in the animal experiments.The teaching evaluation showed good effect.Conclusion The self-made trocar entry simulator can stimulate the sudents’interesting in learning laparoscopy and improve their surgical skills and will play a very active role in essential surgical skills teaching.
