摘要
目的探究创伤骨科微创内固定技术的临床应用价值。方法择选2018年11月—2019年11月该院骨科收治的创伤性骨损伤患者80例为研究对象,按随机分组原则,随机均分为两组,即研究组和对照组。其中,对照组患者行常规治疗方案,以普通钢板固定,研究组患者行微创内固定技术治疗方案。分别就两组患者的手术治疗效果和不良症状发生率进行对比。结果治疗有效率方面,研究组患者的治疗有效率为95.0%,而对照组患者的治疗有效率仅为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);不良症状发生率方面,研究组40例患者中仅2例患者出现不良症状,发生率为5.0%,而对照组40例患者中8例患者出现不良症状,发生率为20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论微创内固定技术对创伤性骨损伤患者疗效确切,可有效提高患者治疗有效率,减少不良症状的发生,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of minimally invasive internal fixation in trauma and orthopedics.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,80 patients with traumatic bone injury admitted to the orthopedics department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were randomly divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group.Among them,the patients in the control group received the conventional treatment plan with ordinary steel plate fixation,and the patients in the study group received the treatment plan of minimally invasive internal fixation technology.The surgical treatment effect and the incidence of adverse symptoms of the two groups of patients were compared.Results In terms of the effective rate of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.0%,while the effective rate in the control group was only 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of adverse symptoms,only 2 case of the 40 patients in the study group had adverse symptoms,with an incidence rate of 5.0%,while 8 case of the 40 patients in the control group had adverse symptoms,with an incidence of 20.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive internal fixation technique has a definite effect on patients with traumatic bone injury.It can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms.It has high clinical promotion value.
