摘要
目的探析金天格胶囊联合骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松的效果。方法用随机摸球法将该院2018年10月—2019年10月接收的104例骨质疏松患者均分成参照组和研究组,分别给予骨化三醇、金天格胶囊协同骨化三醇治疗。比较两组骨密度(BDM)变化情况、各实验室指标水平、临床治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,参照组和研究组腰椎、股骨颈骨密度(BDM)均增高,差异有统计学意义(t=9.173、20.871,7.190、16.050,P<0.001),且研究组高于参照组(t=10.603、7.199,P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组血磷(S-P)水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.048,P<0.001),血钙(S-Ca)、骨碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.704、7.783,P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率96.15%高于参照组82.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.981,P=0.026)。结论金天格胶囊协同骨化三醇治疗骨质疏松效果较为理想。
Objective To explore the effect of Jintiange capsule combined with calcitriol in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods 104 patients with osteoporosis received in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into the reference group and the study group by random touch ball method,administering calcitriol,Jintiange capsules and calcitriol respectively;compared the changes of bone mineral density(BDM),the levels of various laboratory indicators,and the clinical treatment effects between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the bone mineral density(BDM)of the lumbar spine and femoral neck of the reference group and the study group increased,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.173,20.871,7.190,16.050,P<0.001),and the study group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.603,7.199,P<0.001).After treatment,the blood phosphorus(S-P)level of the study group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.048,P<0.001),and the blood calcium(S-Ca)and bone alkaline phosphatase(B-ALP)levels were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.704,7.783,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96.15%higher than 82.69%in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.981,P=0.026).Conclusion Jintiange Capsules combined with calcitriol has an ideal effect on osteoporosis.
