摘要
聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)是一种新兴的高性能聚酯材料,具有优越的物理机械性能、化学稳定性、热稳定性、气体阻隔性能以及耐水、耐紫外线、耐辐射等性能,应用前景非常广阔。介绍了PEN的主要合成方法,对比了PEN与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的性能,综述了PEN的应用现状,并对PEN的开发和应用前景进行了展望。
Poly(ethylene naphthalate)(PEN)is a new type of high performance polyester material,which has excellent physical and mechanical properties,including chemical stability,thermal stability,gas barrier properties,water resistance,UV resistance,radiation resistance and other properties,thus gives broad application prospects of PEN.This paper introduced the main synthesis methods of PEN,compared the performance of PEN and polyethylene terephthalate,summarized the application status and finally imagined the future development and application prospects of PEN.
