摘要
以青霉素废渣为研究对象,进行了抗生素废渣无害化处理试验。当氧化钙用量为6g左右、反应时间为4 h、反应温度为95 ℃时,青霉素废渣的降解率达到99.9%以上,蛋白质水解后游离氨基酸的质量分数达到3.5%左右;试验得到的滤液通过酶解或浓缩,加入中量元素进行复配,制取了满足行业标准《含氨基酸水溶肥料》(NY 1429-2010)要求的含氨基酸水溶肥料产品。对抗生素发酵工艺产生的废渣进行无害化处理,不仅可消除环境污染,而且可实现资源化综合利用。
Taking penicillin residue as the research object, the experimental study on harmless treatment of antibiotic residue is being carried out. The results show that the degradation rate of penicillin residue is up to 99.9% and the content of free amino acid after proteolysis is about 3.5% when the dosage of calcium oxide is about 6 g, the reaction time is 4 h and the reaction temperature is 95 ℃.The filtrate obtained from the experiment is first being hydrolyzed by enzyme or concentrated, and then added with medium elements to prepare the water-soluble fertilizer containing amino acids which met the requirements of the industry standard "Water-soluble fertilizers containing amino-acids "(NY 1429-2010). The non-hazardous treatment of waste residue from antibiotic fermentation process can not only eliminate environmental pollution, but also can realize comprehensive utilization of resources.
