摘要 随着乳腺癌化疗药物的广泛使用,其导致患者心脏功能的损伤也在加重。斑点追踪技术早期诊断恶性肿瘤治疗相关心脏损害的敏感性和准确性均优于常规超声心动图。本文就斑点追踪技术评价乳腺癌化疗患者心脏功能损伤的研究进展进行综述。 With the widespread use of anti-tumor drugs in the treatment of breast cancer,the cardiotoxicity caused by the treatment is also increasing.The sensitivity and accuracy of speckle tracking imaging technology for early diagnosis of malignant tumor treatment-related heart damage are superior to conventional echocardiography.This article reviews the research progress of speckle tracking imaging technology in evaluating chemotherapeutics-related cardiotoxicity in breast cancer patients.
