摘要
细胞凋亡在癌症治疗中具有重要作用,是杀死癌细胞的主要途径。监测细胞凋亡情况可以评价药物疗效,评估肿瘤对临床治疗的早期反应。细胞凋亡超声成像对临床了解肿瘤发展变化、指导个体化治疗、判断预后均有重要意义。本文就超声成像在细胞凋亡监测中的研究进展及在早期评估肿瘤治疗反应中的应用进行综述。
Cell apoptosis plays an important role in cancer therapy and is the main mechanism to kill cancer cells.Assessment of apoptosis helps to estimate the efficacy of drugs and evaluate of tumor response to therapy in early stage.Ultrasonic imaging of apoptosis will greatly improve the ability of understanding the tumor development,guiding the individualized treatment and predicting the outcome.This paper mainly reviews the progress of ultrasonic imaging of apoptosis and application in early evaluation of tumor response to therapy.
