摘要
南北朝时期,入主三江平原的勿吉(沃沮)多次朝贡中原王朝,形成了一条自三江平原至和龙(今辽宁朝阳)的朝贡道。之后勿吉的活动地域进一步扩大至松花江上游,终形成了勿吉七部。唐朝政府通过设置黑水都督府,用以统辖黑水靺鞨并管控自渤海上京龙泉府而北的黑水靺鞨道。黑水都督府的建置是唐朝在黑水靺鞨地区实行羁縻统治、节制渤海国的重要举措,同时也将唐文化远播黑龙江中下游。渤海国则通过营州道和朝贡道,全面系统地吸收和引入了盛唐文明,使渤海在政治、经济、文化各方面均呈现出与唐朝“疆里虽重海,书车本一家”的局面。
During the Northern and Southern Dynasties,Wuji(Woji)who took control of the Sanjiang Plain had paid tribute to the Central Kingdom for many times,which formed a tribute road from Sanjiang Plain to Helong(present-day Chaoyang,Liaoning).After that,the activity range of Wuji was further expanded to the upper reaches of the Songhua River,which eventually formed seven tribes of Wuji.The government of the Tang Dynasty set up Heishui Commandery which was used to govern Heishui Mohe and control its tribute road,which is from the north of Shangjing Longquanfu of Bohai Kingdom.The establishment of Heishui Commandery is an important comforting measure of Jimi rule in Mohe region of Heishui and of controlling Bohai Sea.At the same time,the Tang culture was spread to the middle and lower reaches of Heilongjiang.The Bohai Kingdom absorbed and introduced the Tang civilization comprehensively and systematically through the Yingzhou Road and the tribute road,which presented similar situation with the Tang Dynasty in such aspects as politics,economics and culture.
