绳芯工艺对钢丝绳弯曲疲劳性能影响

摘要 为研究压实与涂塑工艺对钢丝绳弯曲疲劳性能的影响,采用3种不同绳芯工艺的钢丝绳进行了弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明,压实与涂塑工艺以不同的方式抑制磨损,提高疲劳寿命,且低载荷下,压实工艺破断拉力表现较好;在高载荷下,涂塑工艺通过限制微动磨损,有效减少了断丝数,钢丝绳疲劳寿命表现较好。 To study influence of compaction and plastic coating process on bending fatigue performance of wire rope,three kinds of wire rope with different core technology were used for bending fatigue test.The results show that compaction and plastic coating process can restrain wear and improve fatigue life in different ways,and breaking force of compaction process is better under low load;Under high load,plastic coating process can effectively reduce number of broken wires by limiting fretting wear,and fatigue life of wire rope is better.
