摘要 超级电容寿命的研究一直都存有争议,影响因素分析不清,实验应力等级设计无依据等。通过分析超级电容结构、工作原理和失效机理,得出超级电容寿命影响因素有温度、充放电电压、循环次数,且相互影响。通过理论分析得出超级电容寿命加速方程有5个待解参数,退化模型至少需要6个应力等级。通过分析超级电容性能退化轨迹,得出其参数需不等间隔测量,前期测试次数多,后期测试次数少。最后通过实验,验证了模型的有效性,为超级电容加速退化实验提供了指导。 The research of supercapacitor life has always been controversial,the analysis of influence factors is not clear,and there is no basis for the design of test stress level.By analyzing the structure,working principle and failure mechanism of supercapacitor,it is concluded that the factors influencing the life of supercapacitor are temperature,charge discharge voltage and cycle times,which influences each other.It shows that the acceleration equation of the supercapacitor has 5 parameters to be solved,and the degradation model requires at least 6 stress levels through theoretical analysis.From the performance degradation trajectory of supercapacitors,it is conducted that its parameters need to be measured at unequal intervals.The number of tests in the early stage is more,and it is little in the later stage.Finally,the experiment verified the validity of the mathematical model,which contributes to provide guidance for the accelerated degradation test of supercapacitors.
