摘要 锂离子动力电池系统的故障原因大多与单体电池的异常有关。针对故障电池组的实际运行数据,构建了电压和温度特征参数,分析其随运行时间的变化情况,通过阈值方法对异常电池进行判断。提取电池组在充电过程中单体电池的电压数据,利用充电电压曲线距离分析和局部离群因子(LOF)检测方法诊断不一致单体,结果表明两种方法的诊断结果一致。最后对异常电池的故障模式进行了识别。 The fault reason of lithium-ion power battery system is mostly related to the abnormality of cell battery.According to the actual operation data of the faulty battery pack,the voltage and temperature characteristic parameters were constructed,and their changes with the operation time were analyzed.The abnormal battery was judged by the threshold method.The voltage data of cell battery in the process of battery pack charging was extracted,and the inconsistent cell was diagnosed by using charging voltage curve distance analysis and local outlier factor(LOF)detection method.The results show that the diagnosis results of the two methods are consistent.Finally,the fault mode of abnormal battery is identified.
