摘要
目的探究超微血流成像技术在乳腺结节良恶性鉴别中的应用价值。方法随机抽取2017年1月至2019年3月在我院确诊的48例乳腺结节(60个病灶)患者作为研究对象,经术后病理活检明确恶性病灶24个、良性病灶36个。根据Adler血流分级标准,对超微血流成像技术和彩色多普勒技术在单一病灶中微血管检出数量的差异进行对比,并计算敏感度及特异度。结果超微血流成像技术和彩色多普勒技术在恶性病灶中微血管检出数量方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超微血流成像技术的敏感度和特异度高于彩色多普勒技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超微血流成像技术可根据微血管的存在数量判断肿瘤的良恶性,为乳腺结节的良恶性鉴别提供依据。
Objective To explore the value of ultramicro-flow imaging in differentiating benign from malignant breast nodules.Methods A total of 60 lesions of 48 patients with breast nodules diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.After pathological biopsy,24 malignant lesions and 36 benign lesions were identified.According to Adler’s blood flow grading standard,the difference of the number of microvessels detected by ultrasound flow imaging and color Doppler imaging in a single lesion was compared,and the sensitivity and specificity were calculated.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the number of microvessels detected in malignant lesions between ultra-micro blood flow imaging technology and color Doppler technology(P<0.05);the sensitivity and specificity of ultra-micro blood flow imaging technology were higher than that of color Doppler with puller technique,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound flow imaging can judge the benign and malignant tumors according to the number of microvessels,and provide a basis for differentiating benign and malignant breast nodules.
