摘要 针对现状基于二维图表的海绵城市管理平台存在难以直观展示、信息断层、工作效率低的问题,从海绵城市特点出发,详细剖析二维海绵城市管理平台的不足,结合BIM技术应用可行性分析,重点研究了BIM在海绵城市运维管理三维可视化实现过程中应用的关键技术要点,包括海绵BIM三维模型精准创建、设施维护改造与监控预警、水文涝情三维动态模拟展示等三方面。案例实践表明,BIM技术有助于实现海绵城市运维管理的三维可视化,显著提升海绵城市运维精细化管控水平。 In view of the existing problems of sponge city management platform based on twodimensional charts,such as difficulty in visual display,information gap and inefficiency,we analyzed the deficiency of two-dimensional sponge city management platform from the characteristics of sponge city.Combining with the feasibility analysis of BIM technology application,we mainly investigated threedimensional visualization technology of sponge city operation and maintenance based on BIM.The technical points included three-dimensional model precise creation of sponge city,facility maintenance and reconstruction,monitor early-warning of facility,three-dimensional dynamic simulation of urban water logging.The case practice showed that BIM technology could achieve the three-dimensional visualization of sponge city operation and maintenance management,and promoted the fine management and control level of sponge city operation and maintenance.
