摘要
肺纤维化是一种治愈难度大、死亡率高的慢性进行性间充质性肺疾病,主要是组织的异常修复致胶原异常沉积和肺泡结构紊乱,进而致肺功能进行性障碍的呼吸系统疾病。研究发现,巨噬细胞是具有可塑性和多功能性的免疫细胞群体,在多种疾病中,如心血管疾病、纤维化、癌症中发挥重要的作用。目前,抗纤维化治疗常用的方法有激素类药物、免疫抑制剂、中医药等,但抗纤维化的机制仍不十分清楚。了解巨噬细胞活化及其极化的调控可能为寻找新的治疗手段、设计新的治疗策略提供重要的参考价值。
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic progressive mesenchymal lung disease with high mortality and difficulty to cure.It is mainly a respiratory disease caused by abnormal tissue repair,abnormal collagen deposition and alveolar structure disorder,which further leads to progressive pulmonary dysfunction.Macrophages have been found to be a plastic and versatile group of immune cells that play an important role in a variety of diseases,such as cardiovascular disease,fibrosis,and cancer.At present,the commonly used methods of anti-fibrosis treatment are hormone drugs,immunosuppressive drugs,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,but the mechanism of anti-fibrosis is still not very clear.Understanding the regulation of macrophage activation and its polarization may provide important reference value for finding new treatment methods and designing new treatment strategies.
