摘要
在"美丽乡村建设""振兴乡村"等战略及政策的指引下,地处杭州城郊结合处的绕城村依靠西湖区、三墩镇政府的政策与财政支持,通过党建引领、党员带头及长效管理机制等措施进行综合整治,绘就"美丽乡村建设"规划图、念好"乡村振兴发展"致富经、谱写"乡村精神文明"新篇章,旧貌换新颜,人居环境适宜度大幅提升,物质生活水平、精神文明建设双丰收,村民幸福指数极大提高。绕城村的蝶变为大城市城郊村的绿色生态文明发展提供了样本和可资借鉴的经验。
Under the guidance of strategies and policies such as"building a beautiful countryside"and"revitalizing the countryside", Raocheng Village which is located in the suburb of Hangzhou relies on the policy and financial support of the governments of Xihu District and Sandun town. Through the party building leading, Party members taking the lead and long-term management mechanism and other measures to carry out comprehensive improvement, it draws the"beautiful rural construction"planning map, reads the"Rural Revitalization and development"wealth, and writes a new chapter of"rural spiritual civilization". The old look changed. The suitability of living environment was greatly improved. The material living standard and spiritual civilization construction were both fruitful, and the villagers’ happiness index was greatly improved.The butterfly transformation of surrounding villages provides samples and experience for the development of green ecological civilization of suburban villages in big cities.
