摘要
目的观察参附注射液对急性心力衰竭(心肾阳虚证)患者无创心排量、左心室射血分数及N端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法使用随机数字表法将患者76例分为治疗组与对照组,各38例。对照组按照诊疗指南给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用参附注射液。两组疗程均为10 d。监测治疗前后两组患者的无创心排量、左心室射血分数及NT-proBNP水平。结果治疗后两组患者的无创心排量、左心室射血分数及NT-proBNP均有改善,且无创心排量、NT-proBNP结果治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西医基础治疗基础上加用参附注射液可以显著改善患者的无创心排量及NT-proBNP,对进一步探讨急性心力衰竭患者的症状及证候改善的作用机制有一定意义。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection on noninvasive displacement,LVEF and NTproBNP of patients with acute heart failure(heart kidney deficiency of yang).Methods:A total of 76 patients were included divided into two groups by random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was given Shenfu Injection on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 10 d.Noninvasive displacement,LVEF and NTproBNP were monitored before and after treatment.Results:Noninvasive displacement,LVEF and NT-proBNP were improved in both groups after treatment,but noninvasive displacement and NT-proBNP results in the treat⁃ment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western treat⁃ment,Shenfu Injection can significantly improve noninvasive displacement and NT-proBNP,and it is of certain sig⁃nificance to further explore the symptoms and syndrome improvement mechanism of patients with acute heart fail⁃ure.
