摘要
互联网技术的快速发展深刻地改变了人类社会实践以及社会记录形成机制,产生了新的档案管理对象与主体,衍生出新的管理模式与理念,但同时也带来安全、伦理等相关问题,由此档案管理的场景和规则都发生了相应转变。本文通过文献与案例,分析了互联网技术与档案管理的互动关系与发展逻辑,回溯中国档案管理从档案管理联网化、信息化、社会化走向"互联网+档案"的发展历程,进而展望未来我国档案资源体系、利用服务、安全伦理的发展趋向。
The rapid development of internet technology has profoundly changed human social practice and the formation mechanism of social records.It has generated new objects and subjects of archives management,and derived new management models and concepts.But at the same time it has also brought security,ethical and other related issues,thus scene and rules of archives management have changed accordingly.Base on the literature research and case,this article analyzes the interactive relationship and development logic of internet technology and archives management through and traces the development process of China’s archives management from internetiolization,informatization,socialization towards "internet + archives",and then looks forward to the future development trend of China’s archives management in terms of resources system,service utilization and safety ethics.
