摘要
对资金运作频繁、占用金额大的建筑业来说,做好资金管控工作有助于分散企业的财务风险和经营风险,实现企业的可持续经营与发展。但就现状来说,建筑集团在资金管控方面仍存在较大的不足,没有充分发挥出资金管控的优势。论文剖析了建筑企业在资金管控方面存在的难点,通过对企业管理模式、管理能力、监督机制的探讨,希望建筑企业能重视资金管控工作,弥补企业在资金管控方面存在的漏洞,不断提高企业的竞争力。
For the construction industry,which has frequent capital operation and large amount of occupation,doing a good job of capital control can help to spread the financial risk and operational risk of the enterprise and realize the sustainable operation and development of the enterprise.However,as far as the status quo is present,the construction group still has a large shortage in capital control,and has not given full play to the advantages of capital control.This paper analyzes the difficulties in capital control of construction enterprises,and through the discussion of enterprise management mode,management ability and supervision mechanism,it is hoped that construction enterprises can attach importance to the work of capital control,make up for the loopholes existing in capital control,and continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
