摘要
文章以钢托梁支承的大悬臂脊骨梁为研究对象,针对脊骨梁横向荷载分布下的应力计算问题进行研究;使用参数化建模方法建立多个三维实体有限元模型,计算了大悬臂脊骨梁结构的内力分布,进而对荷载分布规律进行关于托梁间距、桥面板厚度的参数分析,给出内力分布系数拟合公式,提出了基于内力分布系数的简化计算方法。研究成果可为该类脊骨梁截面初步设计提供依据。
The stress calculation of a steel supporting beam with the transverse load distribution is researched.A series of 3D finite element models with varying space between ribs and slab thickness are analyzed.The inner force of the models is calculated,based on which the influence of different parameters upon distribution coefficients is explored.A fitting formula about distribution coefficients fitted by least square method is proposed.Meanwhile,a simplified calculation method using a single segment finite element is proposed based on the estimated distribution coefficients as a reference for the preliminary design of this type of spine beam section.
