摘要
供给侧改革对高校就业创业服务工作提出了更高的要求,而当前高校就业创业服务存在着供需不平衡、组织结构混乱、教育过程性断裂、平台建设滞后等一系列问题,亟需加快推进就业创业服务体系建设。基于此,高校应集组织制度体系、教育服务体系、指导服务体系、服务平台体系建设于一体,努力为毕业生提供完善的链条式服务。
The supply-side reform puts forward higher requirements for the employment and entrepreneurship service in colleges and universities.However,there are a series of problems in the current employment and entrepreneurship service in colleges and universities,such as the imbalance of supply and demand,the confusion of organizational structure,the rupture of education process,the lag of platform construction and so on.It is urgent to accelerate the construction of employment and entrepreneurship service system.Based on this,colleges and universities should integrate the construction of organizational system,education service system,guidance service system and service platform system,and strive to provide perfect chain service for graduates.
