摘要 随着自动化水平的不断提高,自动在线分析取样系统成为现代化选厂必不可少的设备。其中,一次取样系统的取样代表性是整个人工检测、化验和在线检测仪器的基础。针对新疆紫金锌业有限公司新建的技改三期选矿厂,根据选矿厂的工艺要求和现场的安装条件,采购了矿冶科技集团有限公司的一整套一次取样系统,包含了多种型号的取样器,其中原矿工艺流道采用的M1330线性移动刀口取样器,通过比较国内其他厂家的一次取样器,矿冶科技集团的M1330一次取样器取样代表性较为优越,有效地避免了人工取样带来的取样偏差,保证了人工检测和在线仪器检测的可靠性,对选矿厂的生产起到了积极指导意义。 With the continuous improvement of automation level,the automatic on-line analysis and sampling system is an essential equipment in modern concentrator.The sampling representativeness of the primary sampling system is the basis of the whole manual detection,laboratory test and on-line detection instrument.According to the technological requirements and site installation conditions of Xinjiang Zijin Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.,purchased a complete set of primary sampling system of mining and metallurgy technology group,including a variety of types of samplers.Among them,M1330 linear moving blade sampler is used in the raw ore process flow channel.By comparing the primary samplers of other domestic manufacturers,we found that the M1330 primary sampler of science and technology group is more representative,which effectively avoids the sampling deviation caused by manual sampling,ensures the reliability of manual detection and on-line instrument detection,and plays a positive guiding role in the production of concentrator.
