摘要
与传统二维信息化视图技术相比,BIM技术在EPC项目中能够更好体现其管理流程的流畅性、应用实施的便捷性以及沟通交流的高效性。将BIM技术应用于EPC项目,可以提高沟通与管理效率、辅助设计分析和展示、辅助工程量准确测算、施工过程优化与控制,可大幅度提高建筑工程的集成化程度,促进建筑业生产方式的转变,提高投资、设计、施工乃至整个工程生命周期的质量和效率,提升管理水平。
Compared with the traditional two-dimensional information view technology,BIM technology can better reflect the fluency of its management process,the convenience of application and implementation,and the efficiency of communication in EPC project.The application of BIM technology in EPC project can improve the efficiency of communication and management,assist design analysis and display,assist accurate calculation of quantities,optimize and control the construction process,greatly improve the integration degree of construction engineering,promote the transformation of production mode of construction industry,improve the quality and efficiency of investment,design,construction and even the whole project life cycle,and improve the management level.
