摘要
社区更新与智慧社区相结合,在一定程度上创造了一种便捷、高效的生活。但随着可持续发展理念的持续深入,不难发现当前智慧社区模式存在一定不足。日本作为应用可持续发展理念较先进的国家之一,以绿色为导向的智慧社区理念对我国有一定的启示。文章以日本横滨市为例,探讨以绿色为导向的智慧社区的应用,以求对我国的智慧社区建设有所裨益,完善我国城市更新工作。
The combination of community renewal and smart community creates a convenient and efficient life to some extent.However,with the continuous deepening of the concept of sustainable development,it is not difficult to find that the current model of smart community has some deficiencies.As one of the advanced countries in sustainable development,Japan's concept of green-oriented smart community has some enlightenment to China.Taking Yokohama City of Japan as an example,this paper discusses the application of the green-oriented smart community,in order to give enlightenment to the construction of smart community in China and improve the urban renewal work in China.
