用14种果壳制备微孔活性炭的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过化学活化法制备了微孔活性炭,其原料分别为:核桃壳、椰子壳、香榧子壳、榛子壳、松子壳、杏仁壳、巴旦木壳、碧根果壳、鲍鱼果壳、夏威夷果壳、开心果壳、桂圆核、桂圆壳和栗子壳。分析比较了14种原料的灰分及水分含量;使用X射线荧光光谱仪及有机元素分析仪,分析了14种原料的元素含量;通过热重分析确定了原材料的炭化温度。用氢氧化钾以3∶1浸渍比在800℃下活化炭化物,制得微孔活性炭。使用扫描电子显微镜观察了活性炭表面形貌;使用X射线衍射仪比较了活化前后活性炭的晶体结构;使用氮气吸附仪测定了活性炭的比表面积。经过比较,核桃壳和香榧子壳是制备活性炭的较好原料。 In the paper,the microporous activated carbon was prepared via chemical activation.The raw materials were walnut nutshell,coconut nutshell,torreya grandis nutshell,hazelnut nutshell,pine nutshell,almond nutshell,badam nutshell,pecan nutshell,brazil nutshell,macadamia nutshell,pistachio nutshell,longan core,longan shell and chestnut shell.The ash content and moisture content of 14 kinds of raw materials were analyzed and compared.The elemental content of 14 kinds of raw material was analyzed by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and organic element analyzer.The carbonization temperature of raw material was determined by thermogravimetric analysis.The microporous activated carbon was prepared by using potassium hydroxide to activate carbides at a ratio of 3∶1 under the tempreture of 800℃.The surface morphology of activated carbon was observed by scanning electron microscope.The crystal structure of activated carbon before and after activation was compared by X-ray diffractometer.The specific surface area of activated carbon was determined by nitrogen adsorption instrument.The study found that,walnut nutshell and torreya grandis nutshell are good raw materials for the preparation of activated carbon.
