摘要
本文研究了单掺膨胀剂、单掺引气剂、复掺膨胀剂与引气剂对水泥砂浆抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:单掺膨胀剂在3%~6%范围能有效延缓水泥浆体的开裂时间和开裂扩展;单掺引气剂能削弱水泥浆体中微裂缝端部的应力集中,在一定程度上阻挡了裂缝的产生和发展;复掺抗裂剂和引气剂会产生应力的集中碰撞,致使引气剂引入的微小气泡破碎,扩大了浆体内部孔隙,弱化引气剂和膨胀剂的优点,对水泥浆体产生应力破坏导致开裂。
The effects of single mixing of expansion agent,single mixing of air-entraining,multiple mixing of expansion agent and air-entraining on crack resistance of cement mortar were studied.The results show that the cracking time and cracking expansion of cement slurry can be delayed effectively in the range of 3%-6%with single expansive agent.The single admixture of air-entraining can weaken the stress concentration of the end of the micro-crack in the cement slurry,and prevent the emergence and development of the crack to a certain extent,so that the crack cannot expand to other directions quickly or even stop the expansion of the crack.The combined mixing of anti-cracking agent and air-entraining agent will result in the concentrated collision of stresses,which will cause the tiny bubbles introduced by air-entraining agent to break,enlarge the pores inside the slurry,weaken the advantages of air-entraining agent and expansion agent,and cause stress damage to the cement slurry and lead to cracking.
