摘要
针对斜沟煤矿井下现场使用固体泡沫材料封闭时发泡倍数低、成本高的难题,开展固体泡沫发泡特性试验研究,通过改变2种原料的配比及添加黄沙以对比分析发泡效果,得到固体泡沫发泡倍数最大时的2种原料的最佳配比和添加黄沙的百分比,同时对比在添加沙子和未添加沙子封堵体积空间Vm3时所花费的成本。据试验结果和在斜沟煤矿封堵23103尾巷时现场应用效果,得到当固体泡沫的含沙百分比达到25%、原料A和B的配比为1∶1.2时,固体泡沫可达到最大发泡倍数,最大倍数为14.220,此时能够发挥最佳防灭火效果。
In order to solve the problem of low foaming multiplier and high cost when using solid foam material to seal the underground coal mine,a test study on the foaming characteristics of solid foam was conducted,by changing the ratio of two raw materials and adding yellow sand to compare and analyze the foaming effect,the best ratio of two raw materials and the percentage of adding yellow sand were got when the foaming multiplier of solid foam was maximum,and also the cost when adding sand and not adding sand,to seal the volume space Vm3 was also compared.According to the test results and the field application effect when sealing 23103 tailrace in sloping ditch coal mine,the maximum foaming multiplier of solid foam can be reached when the percentage of sand content of solid foam reached 25%and the ratio of raw materials A and B was 1:1.2,and the maximum multiplier was 14.220,which can play the best anti-fire prevention effect at this time.
